How is my pet’s portrait made?

We use your photo as a reference for a line drawing, then engrave the design onto your pendant. Fine details are simplified for engraving.

What kind of photo should I use?

Choose a clear photo with the full face and ears visible. Sharp eyes, a visible nose, and even lighting help us see the features that make your pet unique.

How do I personalize more than one pendant?

Select your pendant count, then upload a photo in each numbered field. You can use the same photo for matching pendants or a different one for each.

Can I use a photo of a pet I’m remembering?

Yes. Choose the clearest existing photo you have, preferably the original file. Contact us if you need help choosing a photo.
